Peanut butter chocolate cups

  • 100 gr dark chocolate 85% cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 + 1/2 cups almond flour or ground almonds
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp honey


  • Melt the chocolate with the tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave or over a bain marie
  • Place the melted chocolate in the molds and place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
  • In the meantime, mix the honey with the almond flour till you get a non sticky dough
  • Take 1/2 tsp portions and place them in the molds
  • Stir 1/2 tsp portions of peanut butter on top
  • Cover with the rest of melted chocolate
  • Place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
